ManSoc stages ManSoc Night 2024, marks 36th year

With the theme, CineMansoc: A Premier of HollyWood’s Finest, the Management Society (ManSoc) successfully kicked off ManSoc Night 2024 and celebrated its 36th year, at the Laus Group Event Center in San Fernando, Pampanga, last April 5.

When inquired about the night’s concept, Head and President of ManSoc Jared Manio answered that the voice of the students played in the overall motif — which encouraged attendees to dress as their favorite figures in the film.

“When we initially conceptualized ManSoc Night, we thought of many various themes. To arrive at the final theme, we decided to let the students choose their preferred theme from the following choices: mafia, Wild West, or premiere night,” Manio stated.

Meanwhile, aside from the games and party, one of the highlights of the event is its pageant segment entitled “CineManSoc: Blockbuster Icon”, which is judged by Charisse Garcia, Dr. Joseph John Tayag, and Trisha Camille Montemayor. 

To conclude the event, Manio expressed his gratitude for the institution’s success.

“I give my sincerest gratitude to all of you for making ManSoc Night a night to remember. Because of your collective support, our most awaited night became successful. Together, we premiered the 36th year of excellence of ManSoc.”

Alongside the School of Business and Accountancy (SBA) students across all years, Officer-in-Charge (OIC) President Leopoldo Jaime Valdes, SBA Dean Albert G. Morales, Department Head Dr. Rio G. Yutuc, ManSoc Founder Dr. Jess Panlilio, and SBA faculty shared their presence in the event. 

Special guests include representatives from The Enterprise, the College Student Council-SBA (CSC-SBA), and TikTok Influencer Kikay Booba.
