WAIT! COMPREHENSIVE EXAMINATION?

Failing revealed my phobia, so I showed up and gave myself time to seize the opportunity to set off triumph and finally get control over my fear.  

As I geared up for one of the most crucial exams of my academic life, stacks of study materials encircled me, endless hours of reviewing, and frequent online group study dates. The sheer amount of information was overwhelming — invoking a range of emotions. 

The pressure creeps up, and my brain seems to forget about calmness while considering the Comprehensive Exams. My thoughts about blanking out during the exam are prevailing, capturing a nail-biting experience. 

The curriculum is gushing through my nerves, and the thought of repeating the same process next semester to complete this college route fuels my stomach growl. However, my hopes will shade away my negative thoughts; my preparations before the battle won’t fail me.

As a management student, managing On-the-Job Training and college life has challenged me. With graduation season fast approaching, I needed help to visualize how to keep up with the bustling schedule and piled major submissions. 

My challenge is comparable to hiking across mountains—figuring out whether to take a break or keep studying. Reaching the summit of the hill has never been easy, but this all boils down to my goals throughout the rollercoaster ride of my program.

Throughout this voyage, there is always a stopover for us—the people who will guide us on this path. It has never been a shame to ask for help, especially from our friends, professors, online sources, and families, who sharpened our minds in preparation for this exam.

The level of exhaustion is beyond what I ever expected. Yet, passing this exam will be a huge accomplishment; I will feel liberated and proud, raising and waving a victory flag.

For my fellow management students, this exam is not just a hurdle but an opportunity to gain knowledge that will serve you well in your management career. You have been waiting and preparing for this moment- you are more than ready. You got this!
