VE’s MLBB team clinched a bronze finish

Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) Valiant Archangels of Holy Angel University (HAU) still had an excellent finish upon overcoming Ateneo De Davao University (AdDU) to win the bronze medal match at AcadArena September ACES: Mobile Legends.

After beginning with a four-game winning streak, Valiant Esports Club’s (VEC) MLBB team suffered a loss against the University of the Philippines (UP) Diliman in the crucial semifinal game, causing them to advance to the battle for third. 

According to John Patrick Anyayahan, a fourth-year School of Business and Accountancy (SBA) student, MLBB Player, and MLBB Head Executive of VEC, “[the] team’s strength is the ability to set the tempo early on the game… [but] one of the weaknesses I saw is to close out games and handle such big lead.”

When asked about the team’s tournament experience, Anyayahan responded that their squad just enjoyed the competition.

As of date, MLBB Valiant Archangels is currently preparing for the upcoming Alliance Games Split 2 and the AcadArena Aces in October.
