Enteng secures UPC 2024 overall champ

The Enterprise, the official student publication of the School of Business and Accountancy (SBA), claimed the overall champion in the recently concluded University Press Conference 2024 held on February 21 to 22, at the Peter G. Nepomuceno (PGN) building.

Under the theme, “Purveyors of Truth: Pioneering Truthful Campus Journalism Amidst AI Advances,” a total of seven student publications participated in the event, including The Access Point, The Concierge, The Nexus, The Reflection, The Solution, and a joint-collaboration between The Angelicum and The Angelium to represent the Basic Education department.

Enteng bagged placements in three categories, with Betina Aquino and Biance Zildjian Nery as champions for Literary Writing and Editorial Cartooning, respectively. 

Meanwhile, Joaquin Raphael Villareal won the first runner-up in Editorial Writing. 

For the overall placements, The Reflection of the School of Education (SEd) won the first runner-up, followed by The Solution from the School of Engineering and Architecture (SEA) as the second runner-up. 

The Angelite spearheads this annual press conference during the University Days celebration, inviting different student publications of the school to participate in the event.
