The Enterprise, alongside various publications from the Holy Angel University (HAU) including The Reflection and The Solution, took part in the annual outreach program headed by the Angelite at Sapang Bato Elementary School, held yesterday, December 12.
The publications created a quick program, while also arranging decorations and preparing goodie bags, food, and prizes for the 55 students from the school’s kindergarten, second, and third grades.
The children were given the chance to participate in games, such as “Pass the Balloon” and “The Boat is Sinking”, where the game winners received special gifts that were wrapped up in stockings. Following this is the distribution of meals.
The Enterprise assisted in the procurement and distribution of meals, additionally providing assistance in managing the party games.
To conclude the event, the students and teachers of the local elementary school expressed their gratitude and initiatives for future outreach programs. Each student received a goodie bag filled with snacks, treats, and candies.
The yearly outreach program organized by the publications is an effort to celebrate the holiday season and give back to the community, providing entertainment and a classic “Christmas Experience” to the students.
